What is Synergo's cloud & server infrastructure?
The short answer is, our cloud provider is AWS (Amazon web-services) and Alibaba Cloud, the same server providers for well-known companies around the world including Airbnb and Netflix. Does Synergo provide HRIS features?

I'm interested in Synergo, but I have to migrate/integrate a lot of existing data in order for my company to effectively utilize the Synergo platform. What can I do?"
No worries - we help all of customers with data integration and migration.
We provide two options for data integration:
1. Open an FTP Server, where the customer's admin can set a scheduler to drop the latest data; or
2. Manual integration via Excel/CSV export.
What does cloud-based mean?
Cloud-based means a software platform or service that is hosted from a remote location. The same system can be freely accessed and used anywhere via an Internet connection.
What are Synergo's pricing plans?
All subscription plans are annual and differ by company size, but we generally divide pricing into 4 parts:
1. Implementation - a one time fee for data migration and platform socialization, assessed based on company size and readiness
2. Subscription - a monthly fee for access to the platform, generally the more users, the lower the subscription fee
3. Support - a monthly fee for dedicated support after go-live
4. Data Storage - a per GB/month fee charged if the maximum threshold of data storage is reached
Who owns the data in the platform?
All the data stored in our platform belongs to our customers, not us. Customers reserve the right to be assisted with data transfer out of our platform at any time.
Can companies request customizations to Synergo?
Generally, we do not accept customizations. However, the Synergo platform is very flexible and has been proven to accomodate complex admin settings for multiple industries and company sizes.

Does Synergo work offline?
Yes, it does! Our mobile apps support online to offline syncing, which means any work you do without internet connection on a phone or tablet will show up once you resume connection.
Offline syncing would provide a tremendous advantage to a company with regional and global branches. Even without connection, work can still remain up-to-date when wifi comes back on, no matter the distance.
